Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Kaxa ("the app", "the service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the app.

2. Description of the service

Kaxa is a personal finance organization app that lets you track expenses and income, organize them into pockets, create budgets, track debts, and set savings goals. Kaxa is an organizational tool and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

3. Subscriptions and pricing

Kaxa offers the following subscription plans, managed through Google Play and/or the App Store via RevenueCat:

Prices may vary based on local taxes applied by the app store. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled before the renewal date from your Google Play or App Store account settings.

4. Free trial

The weekly plan includes a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the price of the selected plan.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Kaxa only for personal, lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Kaxa's systems, reverse-engineer the app, or use it in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden the service.

6. Intellectual property

Kaxa, its logo, design, and content are owned by its developers. No ownership rights over the app are granted by using the service, only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in accordance with these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

Kaxa is a personal organization tool. We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on information recorded in the app, nor for losses arising from data entry errors, technical failures, or service interruptions. The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Kaxa at any time. If a change significantly affects your subscription, we will try to notify you with reasonable advance notice.

9. Termination

You may stop using Kaxa and cancel your subscription at any time from the corresponding app store. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras, without prejudice to the consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
